PMA is a global organization representing companies from every segment of fresh produce. Although it was growing steadily, PMA wasn’t meeting their annual new membership goals. With a modest budget they needed to increase sales and reduce churn.
STRATEGY
Develop and distribute powerful messaging all year round, highlighting the mission to connect, inform and deliver solutions; helping clients compete and grow. With a varied set of industries, regions and job functions, a single set of communication was not going to cut it.

 

As a primary strategy we helped PMA build more than 50 custom audiences based on industries, job functions, seniority, and countries/regions. The audiences were in turn messaged through multiple channels. Demand gen tactics offered helpful gated assets that generated inquiries to be enrolled in nurture.
RESULTS
Over delivery on membership goals by 10% and reduction in Cost Per Lead by 50%.
