NOVELIS
Novelis is the world’s largest aluminum rolling and recycling company. Moving into the automotive category, providing the aluminum body for the new Ford F-150 was no small accomplishment. In partnership with Ford R&D Novelis invested millions in the capability and finally the new aluminum truck rolled off of the line.
CHALLENGE
Novelis wanted to highlight the F-150 program for Ford senior management and Novelis employees to mark the occasion. A video concept was developed to tell the story of how together, Ford and Novelis changed everything in the automotive industry. The truck made its first appearance at Novelis’ Oswego NY manufacturing facility to show employees the result of their hard work and the homecoming was captured as the backdrop to the story, set to the music of Moon Taxi.
RESULT
Two years later the new aluminum F-250 was rolled out. The agency was engaged to create that video announcement as well.
